The Small Business Branch provides strategic leadership in cross-government projects and programs that support small business growth and success. Working in partnership with private sector organizations and all levels of government, we develop and implement strategic projects to address the major issues and opportunities for small business in British Columbia.

A key initiative for the ministry is the Small Business Roundtable. The Small Business Roundtable is committed to making British Columbia the most small-business-friendly jurisdiction in Canada, by cutting red tape and making it easier and less expensive to do business in B.C.
